Contact us Online

The easiest way to contact us is through our online service

The quickest and most convenient way to reach your GP for routine or urgent queries is to use the “Contact us online” options at the top of this page. If you can, please leave telephone lines free for vulnerable patients or those without access to technology.

General Practices across Scarborough and Ryedale are now offering Extended Access to routine practice services, with appointments from 6.30pm to 8pm and at the weekend. Ask your reception team for details.

Whilst we will make every effort to provide you with an appointment with the clinician of your choice, we would ask that you, in turn, arrive on time for your appointment and advise us in good time if you are unable to attend, so that the time can be used for someone else. If you are too ill to wait in the waiting room, or you think the illness may be infectious, tell the receptionist.

Cancelling your appointment

If you are registered for online services you can cancel your appointment using the link at the top of this page or by clicking here or by logging on to your NHS app. For information about the NHS app click here. If you are unable to contact us online please telephone the surgery.

Home Visits

If possible please try to telephone reception on 01723 375343 or 01723 501610 before 10:00am if you require a home visit.

You may only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice. Your GP will only visit you at home if they think that your medical condition requires it and will also decide how urgently a visit is needed.

You can be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
